James Reynolds

Head of Corporate Law — governance, transactions and commercial contracts.

Corporate counsel with a litigator’s caution

James structures deals and governance so they hold up under pressure. With twelve years across private practice and in-house roles, he drafts every agreement as if it will one day be Exhibit A — clear obligations, workable remedies, and exit routes that don’t require a courtroom.

He advises founders, boards and general counsel on formations, financings, acquisitions and the commercial contracts that carry daily risk. When transactions touch regulated sectors, he coordinates directly with the firm’s policy team so approvals move in parallel with the deal.
